This beautiful loft features a southern sunny location with endless views of Chicago, the Chicago River and unobstructed views of the evening fireworks at Comisky Park from the oversized windows in the living room and master retreat. It is located minutes away from 5-Star restaurants, museums, world class shopping on State Street, Theater District, Grant Park, Millenium Park, Harold Washington Library, the "L", the Financial District, Sears Tower, Burnham Harbor and the Lake just to name a few. The home itself boasts 12 foot huge timbered ceilings, aged brick walls, glistening wood floors, gas fireplace, gorgeous bathroom with custom credenza with granite counters plus a kitchen with stainless steel appliances for the gourmet. The interior has been finely finished in Ralph Lauren textured paint and furnishings. There is an abundance of oversized closets both in the entry and master retreat, plus a large linen closet full of extra linens, towels, pillows and two queen size air mattresses if there will be more than two visitors. High Speed Interntet Access is available as a courtesy to our guests. The washer and dryer are also located within the home. Located in the South Loop just two blocks south of the Stock Exchange.
